(M&A), domiciled in Bosque de Durasnos 69 ph-1202, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, C.P. 117000 in Mexico City, in its capacity as responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, makes this Privacy Notice available to you in compliance with the Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable provisions.

  1. Provision of professional services

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the purposes necessary to provide the legal service you request. Likewise, they will be used to send you information in relation to the entrusted matter, send you documents for billing and collection, formalize agreements or contracts that are necessary to provide the requested service.

Additionally, we will use your personal information to send you updates on economic competition, to inform you of events that may be of interest to you, which are not necessary for the requested service, but which allow us and facilitate us to provide you with better care.

In case you do not want your personal data to be processed for these additional purposes, you can submit from this moment a letter to M&A, in the mail contacto[at]moguelasociados·com stating the above with the following data: a) Indicate the name of the owner; (b) attach a copy of the official identification; c) establish that your personal data will not be used for these additional purposes; and, d) set email for notifications.

The refusal to use your personal data for these additional purposes is not a reason for us to deny you the services you request and contract with M&A.

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data: full name; domicile; date of birth, nationality, telephone, fax, and email; official identification; current employment; work phone number and email, CURP, and RFC.

Personal information will be safeguarded, preserved, and protected by M&A, in accordance with applicable legal regulations and except for the exceptions established by law.

Your personal data will not be sold, transferred or in any way transferred to third parties. However, your information may be shared with other individuals or corporations, with your consent, to complement the provision of the services contracted with M&A.

  1. Arch Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

The procedure and requirements for the exercise of these rights is to submit a letter in contacto[at]moguelasociados·com, indicating a) the name of the holder; (b) a copy of the official document with which he identifies himself; c) establish the Arc right you are requesting; c) email for notifications.

You can revoke the consent that, where appropriate, you have granted us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you bear in mind that not in all cases we will be able to meet your request or conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation, we require to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent could imply that we can not continue to provide the service you requested or proceed to the conclusion of your relationship with us.
